BeauteByNature.com offers FREE shipping within Singapore for orders $100 and above. For orders below $100, a small shipping fee of $8 is charged.

For Singapore orders, we typically process your order the next working business day upon receiving your confirmation. Your order will arrive at your final address within 3 business days from the order date.

Please note that we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the subsequent business day. For example, if an order is placed on either Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday and dispatched on Tuesday.

You can visit any of our Beaute by Nature physical locations to shop for your favourite brands. You can find us at Parkway Parade B1-75, Isetan Scotts level 1 or Takashimaya level 3. Promotions and deals in-store may differ from that online due to stocks and availability.

Phyto, Lierac, Jowae, Trilogy, Medavita and Secret Professional are the brands which are stocked at these locations. If you need more information about where to find our brands, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team via Facebook messenger.

Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order and have completed payment, we are not able to make any further changes. We recommend always reviewing your items and shipping details before checking out.

If for any reason your order has arrived damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will do a one-to-one exchange for the same item. Please do not discard the item as you will need to return this to our delivery partner.
